These terms describe how QZy VPN digital access is provided, how the service may be used, and how users can contact support.
QZy VPN provides digital access to a protected network connection through a subscription. The main connection app is Happ.
After payment, the user receives access through the QZy VPN Telegram bot: a subscription link and setup instructions.
Access is issued for the selected plan period: 14, 30, 90, 180, or 365 days.
Trial access may be provided for 3 days once per user.
The user agrees not to use the service for illegal activity, spam, fraud, attacks, malware distribution, or violation of third-party rights.
If these rules are violated, access may be limited. The user may contact support about disputed situations.
The service is provided as is. Technical interruptions may occur due to server maintenance, updates, or external limitations.

We will check the payment and access issuance status. Refunds or replacement access are reviewed individually through support. If access has already been issued and used, a refund may be limited.
