User Agreement

Revision dated September 13, 2026. This Agreement governs the use of the QZy VPN digital service.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement governs the use of the QZy VPN digital service, including the Telegram bot, Mini App, website, personal digital keys, and support service (the “Service”).

1.2. The Contractor is the individual identified above who applies the Professional Income Tax regime. A User is a legally capable individual who uses the Service for personal purposes.

1.3. The User accepts this Agreement by performing one or more of the following actions: starting the bot, opening the Mini App, creating an order, making a payment, receiving a digital key, or using a digital key. If the User does not agree to these terms, the User must stop using the Service.

1.4. Before payment, the User is shown the selected plan, term, price, and available payment methods. By paying for an order, the User confirms that the selected parameters are correct.

2. Subject and Nature of the Service

2.1. The Contractor provides a paid digital service consisting of creation or renewal of a personal digital key for a protected network connection, access to supported network infrastructure for the paid term, and informational connection support.

2.2. The digital key is used in a compatible client application recommended by the Service. Such application software may be provided by a third party under its own terms.

2.3. Available plans, terms, prices, payment methods, device limits, and other current parameters are displayed in the Mini App before an order is placed.

2.4. A trial key may be provided once per user if that option is available in the interface. The Contractor may modify or discontinue the trial programme for new users.

3. Ordering, Payment, and Activation

3.1. The User chooses either to purchase a new key or renew a specific existing key, then selects a plan and payment method. An order is considered created after its parameters are confirmed in the Service.

3.2. Payment may be accepted by bank transfer, Faster Payments System, bank card, Telegram Stars, crypto payment provider, or another method available in the interface.

3.3. The service price in roubles is displayed before payment. The Contractor does not set different prices for the same service solely because the User selected a particular cashless payment method. If a bank, payment provider, or crypto provider charges its own fee, the provider must show the fee and total amount to the User before payment is confirmed.

3.4. For a manual transfer, activation occurs after a valid payment document is received and the payment is verified. For an automated payment method, activation occurs after the provider confirms successful payment.

3.5. A new digital key is created only when the User explicitly selects the new-key purchase mode. When an existing key is renewed, the paid term is added to that key: for an active key, to its current expiration date; for an expired key, from the time payment is confirmed, unless the interface states otherwise.

3.6. Performance of the service begins when the digital key is activated or renewed and the result is delivered through the Mini App or Telegram bot.

3.7. The Contractor issues the Professional Income Tax receipt in accordance with applicable law, either independently or through an authorised payment partner integration.

4. Use of the Digital Key

4.1. The digital key is intended for the User's personal use within the device limit displayed in the Mini App.

4.2. The User must keep the key link confidential. Disclosure to third parties, resale, publication, or other uncontrolled distribution is prohibited.

4.3. When a key is reissued, the previous link and previously imported configurations may stop working. The User must import the new key into the client application.

4.4. The User is responsible for having a compatible device, internet access, and a correctly installed client application.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1. The Service is intended solely for lawful personal use. The User must comply with the laws of the Russian Federation, the applicable laws of the User's location, and third-party rights.

5.2. Spam, fraud, phishing, attacks, malware distribution, intellectual property infringement, exploitation of vulnerabilities, key resale, automated abuse, and excessive load are prohibited.

5.3. In the event of a confirmed violation, the Contractor may restrict or suspend servicing of the key. Where the situation can be remedied, the User may be given an opportunity to contact support.

6. Quality, Maintenance, and Support

6.1. The Contractor takes reasonable measures to maintain Service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, as quality depends on the User's network, equipment, client application, payment providers, and infrastructure providers.

6.2. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, incident resolution, or compliance with mandatory requirements. In the event of a significant failure on the Service side, the Contractor will consider restoration, key replacement, term extension, or refund depending on the circumstances.

6.3. To contact support, the User may use @QZy_help or qzy.nsx@gmail.com and provide a Telegram ID or request/order number, a description of the issue, and supporting materials where necessary.

7. Cancellation, Refunds, and Payment Disputes

7.1. The User's rights to cancel the service, have defects remedied, receive a price reduction, or obtain a refund are governed by this Agreement and mandatory consumer protection law.

7.2. If payment is confirmed but the key is not created or renewed due to a fault of the Service, the User may require completion of the order or a refund of the amount paid.

7.3. If performance has already begun, the User may cancel further performance while paying for the part actually provided and the Contractor's documented expenses related to the specific order, where and as permitted by law.

7.4. If the service is defective, the User should first contact support. Depending on the nature of the defect, the available remedy may include correction of the issue, key replacement or reissue, time compensation, a proportionate price reduction, or a refund.

7.5. A refund request must contain the Telegram ID, order or payment number, date, amount, payment method, and reason. The request is considered within the period prescribed by law. Refunds are made using the original payment method where technically and legally possible.

7.6. Before initiating a payment dispute through a bank, the User is encouraged to contact support so the Contractor can review the order and attempt to resolve the issue. This provision does not restrict the User's statutory rights.

8. Liability

8.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and this Agreement.

8.2. The Contractor is not liable for an inability to use the Service caused by malfunction of the User's device or network, incorrect configuration of a third-party application, acts of third parties, or force majeure, unless otherwise required by law.

8.3. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be restricted by contract.

10. Amendment and Termination

10.1. The current version is permanently available at https://connect.qzybot.space/en/terms/.

10.2. The Contractor may update terms for future orders if the Service, payment methods, or applicable law changes. The terms of an already paid period will not be worsened retroactively, except where expressly required by law.

10.3. The User may stop using the Service. Stopping use does not cancel obligations that arose before that time.

11. Details and Contacts

11.1. QZy VPN is the designation of the Service. Support is available through @QZy_help or qzy.nsx@gmail.com.
