What exactly am I buying?

A digital service that creates or extends a personal QZy digital key for the selected period, access to the supported network infrastructure, and setup support.

Which devices are supported?

Devices that support a compatible client app recommended by the Service. The key may be used within the device limit shown in the Mini App.

Are the website prices current?

Yes. Active plans and links come from the public read-only catalog in the QZy panel. Saved fallback prices remain visible if the API is temporarily unavailable.

What if I cannot connect?

Message support with your device, the step where you got stuck, and a Happ screenshot. That helps us find the cause faster.

Can I try it first?

Yes. A three-day trial is available once per Telegram user.

How do refunds work?

Requests for order fulfilment, defect correction, compensation, or refund are reviewed under the User Agreement and applicable law. Start by contacting support with your Telegram ID, order or payment number, date, amount, payment method, and reason.
