If access did not appear

We will check the payment and access issuance status. If needed, an operator will confirm access manually.

If you cannot connect

Tell us which device you use, what the Happ app shows, and which step caused the question. A screenshot helps us resolve it faster.

Dispute or refund question

Refunds or replacement access are reviewed individually through support. If access has already been issued and used, a refund may be limited.
